What you can and can't do.

steamsounds Steam Jukebox Recordings
With the exception of just three as indicated in the notes provided, all the steamsounds Steam Jukebox recordings are copyright D. Bailey 2005.
Your use of these recordings is subject to the following conditions:
You can copy the recordings to the hard disk of PC, stand alone media player or portable mp3 player providing that the recordings are for your own use.
You can make back up copies of the steamsounds Steam Jukebox CDs or DVDs, again, providing that these copies are for your own use.
You can burn recordings onto audio CDs providing such CDs are for your own use.
You can change the part of the id3 tag in the mp3 files which displays the title, but not the album name or copyright message.
You can rename the files providing that you do not then distribute them in any form to others.
You may not sell or give away copies of any recording.
You may not use the recordings or notes that accompany them in any commercial product without the express permission of D. Bailey.
You may not publish the recordings in electronic or other form (on a web page for example) without the express permission of D. Bailey.

Basically, subject to the above limitations you can do almost anything with the recordings providing it is for your own use!

The steamsounds Steam Jukebox Programme
The Steamsounds Steam Jukebox Programme is provided with each steamsounds Steam Jukebox Album or collection of Albums as freeware. No charge is made for this software.
It may also be downloaded from the
steamsounds web site.
When you install the programme you have to agree to an EULA (End User Licence Agreement).
Agreeing allows you to install the programme on any computer and you can give copies of the programme to others. This does not apply to the recordings!
As the programme is freeware Steamsounds makes no claims to it's suitability or usability. Also,
steamsounds can not be held responsible for any loss or damage of any kind that you may suffer by using it.
This kind of agreement is usual with freeware programmes.
