I always reply to Feedback! However... If you don't get a reply that may be because emails from me to you are being blocked somewhere. This problem seems to affect certain ISPs and email providers more than others. Hotmail, Googlemail and AOL seem particularly prone and worse still, don't bounce blocked messages so, as far as I know, my message has been delivered. So, if you don't get a reply within a few days, please contact me again and tell me. I can try another email server which usually gets through. There's a bit more about this here.
